Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Lumara Threads, we strive to deliver your modern fusion pieces to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and order tracking procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after your order is confirmed.
If you place an order during a major collection launch, sale event, or holiday period, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Locations & Timelines
We currently ship all across Pakistan, utilizing reliable courier networks to ensure your packages arrive safely.
- For Karachi: 3 – 5 Business Days [Rs. 250/-]
- For All Other Cities: (Pakistan) 5 – 7 Business Days [Rs. 300/-]
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and can occasionally be affected by external factors such as severe weather, public holidays, or unexpected transit delays by the courier company.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery, as courier riders usually do not carry extensive change.
We kindly request that you answer confirmation calls or messages from our team or the courier service to avoid delivery cancellations or return-to-origin (RTO) updates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a Tracking Number and a link to the courier company’s portal. You can use this to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Misplaced Shipments
We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if any issues arise during transit:
- Damaged Packages: If your package looks visibly tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery and contact our customer care team immediately.
- Missing Items: If you receive your package and find an item missing, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the logistics team.
7. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Orders
The courier service will typically make 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your package to the provided address. If you are unavailable, they will try to contact you via the phone number provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed contact, or refusal to accept, any future orders may require advance payment rather than COD.
